I finally got my NAN donation finished and thought I would share a few pictures. I lugged the totes along on a short vacation because I thought it would be fun to take the photos on the farm. I have to admit I love how they came out. My NAN donation consists of 6 traditional totes, 4 classic totes, and 10 stablemate totes. Visit the NAMHSA site to learn more about NAN. While away on a short vacation with my parents and husband I found these fabrics while Antiquing. Antiquing is usually not my favorite activity but these bright vintage fabrics were a bonus. Now I just need to decide what to make with them. I will post when I figure it out. The fabric on the far right is fabric from an old feed sack. Women used to make clothes out of feed sacks so companies used the colorful fabrics as an incentive to buy their product. I just finished my first attempt at pleats and adding a zipper. I just had to post and show it off because I think it turned out lovely, even if I had to rip out seams about 4 times..lol The picture isn’t so hot but you get the idea. I just finished 3 new donations to Rough Riders Live , Cajun Country Live , and Peach State live so if you plan to attend any one of these shows keep an eye out for my totes! I recently bought a start up screen printing machine and I’ve been busy delving into the inking industry
